Golf Wellington Incorporated was formed in 2009 through the merger of the former Wellington Women's and Men's Associations.
We are responsible for the administration of women's and men's golf in the Wellington District and work with 27 Clubs and Golf NZ to promote golf and provide a varied programme of golf activities.
Our mission
To lead and support golf clubs in promoting and enhancing the golfing experience of all golfers in the Wellington Region.
Our objectives
Provide support and relevant information to Golf Clubs sited in the District to facilitate their golfing success
Promote the sport of golf to all potential participants
Develop and manage teams of individuals to achieve success in National/Regional golfing events
Ensure the financial viability of Wellington Golf Inc
Establish, agree and achieve short term goals annually
