All Abilities

All Abilities is about growing the love of golf and increasing the participation of disabled people in our game.

Our vision is to make golf the most inclusive and accessible sport for everybody in New Zealand. All Abilities aims to create opportunities for people with an impairment to start, learn and play golf in a way that is meaningful to them.

Golf New Zealand has added a brand-new event to its National Event Calendar, the inaugural New Zealand All Abilities Championship. The event will see leading golfers with a disability competing as part of a global calendar that contributes to the World Rankings for Golfers with Disability (WR4GD), administered jointly by the R&A and USGA under World Amateur Golf Rankings.
